I stayed in waterfiends at these levels as well. You should be able to OSRS gold kill them pretty fast. It is important to Bork regularly will help increase the blue charms. The burst of rock lobsters used to be great charms, however, I consider it to be a bit of a waste because of the massive money loss the player suffers. Cannoning the more powerful demons of the Forinthry dungeon was also known to be a quick source of charms. But I’m not sure of the effectiveness the cannon works in EOC.
I would guess that if you go camping with in the water, you will be likely to be able to get the charms needed for 74 when the quest becomes available. Make sure to use your jewels, spirit rubies and other gems while training! Consider doing a quest like While Guthix Sleeps or Blood Runs Deep both of that will provide you with a massive amount of experience you can utilize to summon.
I’d recommend Slayer. Slayer exposes you to many creatures which all give you plenty of cash, usually. You can decide from the beginning which one you prefer to take out.
Blue Dragons are excellent money- the downside is that you need 70 agility for them to be effective. Before that, you can kill Black Demons, for money or perhaps. I would suggest that the appropriate gear for you (considering your financial troubles) might be:
Melee-Guthan’s Gear (Around 3M, however it removes the requirement for food on a melee-able slayer mission) Verac’s Gear (1.5M It also comes with an opportunity to pray) Ranging- I’d suggest Karil’s set. I’m not sure about the cost though. It is possible to buy RS gold use Royal D’hide offered at a low cost. MageAhrim’s set is 1 million. You can upgrade to Ganodermic which costs around 3M.
