I understand its sort of OSRS gold a long shot, but I think the whole thing is confusing. Perhaps I’m just not giving people enough credit that they can find shit out on their own, but reading through that blog post and all of the different forms of death and reclaiming items seems like it’d be super overwhelming should I wasnt following along with all the changes proposed.
You do realise that paying because punishment for dying for repairs for gear is an INCREDIBLY common goldsink in MMOs right? Runescape is very strange in that respect where credit card may buy you the gear in RuneScape. No achievements needed, and up until recently for utilizing a or degrading gold price said tier items wasnt that common. The back when these death mechanics existed barrows and eventually was kbd.
Yeah of course, I play an ironmeme So take what I say from this standpoint. I do not think that it’s particularly fair I’m likely to get punished because of the economy, since I removed myself. I just don’t have sufficient time to play to always cover every time that I learn a new boss. I AM going as I learn to die much Particularly if I realistically could only play on weekends and such. I agree so I don’t hope to have our views matter as much, after all, we chose to restrict ourselves.
However, I believe Jagex have heard plenty about Cheap Rs gold how the proposed mechanisms are pretty unfair for people hoping to learn, therefore I dont expect that the boss death fees will remain the way they introduced it in the blog post.
